I'm pretty much a noob when it comes to particles. Here's a system that I made to look like mustard pouring from a bottle:

It actually looks fine when you move the mouse slowly, but once you start darting it across the screen, it loooks like dots dropping down istead of a stream. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.
