So I started the Hundred Push Ups Training Program last week. Now I'm on week 2, day 1, column 3. After the first day I was so sore I couldn't move my arms past my hips, but nothing a little vicodin couldn't help.

Bold Courier New looks meh, for an otherwise awesome site. :(

That training programme, on the other hand, looks cool - I'll think about doing it, actually. I'm pretty good at pushups for a weakling I am.

I definitely don't like the font you used in your website.

That training program sounds nice, except that I'd probably get less than 5 on the initial test =/

I started it. I got 20 on the intial test, got half way through week 2 and stopped because it was Christmas. Gonna start again some time soon. I'm also going to do the 200 sit up one too. :)
