I didn't read the terms since v2, but I don't like that. Well, I don't want you modifying my game, and publishing the modified version (not saying you did that, but I WON'T ALLOW IT). {DS} of the GMS posted about this, and the fact that you have those terms alarmed me. and btw, I posted my game when this site was v1, which didnt have those terms, so if you modify my game, and distribute it, I CAN STILL SUE!!!!!!
I honestly don't believe these terms are anything to be alarmed about. Most terms are for the admins to protect themselves from people who want to sue them for the small things.
For example, hosting a users game.Well, it shouldn't be. It's called "copyright violation". It's like, if I made a site, and said that by people submitting their games, I could then use them without their permission. It's still their game. I know they don't have to submit them to the site, but it still isn't fair.
It's well I already said, it's sneaky. So… are you going to quit whining, and do something about it, or just sit there and complain?
Well, if the admins see this, I am telling them I want them to change it.
Change it? Why ask them to change it? It's more fun when they don't, and you get to make a big fuss about it =P
But they aren't online right now anyways. Do you have AIM?oh, and btw, the error is getting annoying!
