There are times when I think "I really want this game," but when they're released, I never get them. This usually happens with Steam games which I believe is due to a combination of the frequency of sales and the fact that I already have over 140 games and have played maybe 10%; I don't feel like spending full price for a game I most likely won't play when I know I can get it on sale in a couple of months (and then still most likely not play it)!
Anyway, what are some games you want but haven't gotten, and why haven't you gotten them?
Dark Souls 2 and Shovel Knight are two recent games that came out that I wanted…
The reason I haven't gotten them is because my bank is a dick and I have to go in sometime and ask them politely to allow me to purchase stuff online with my current account.I really want to play Burial at Sea. I even downloaded it a few months ago, but I haven't had a mouse so I can't play it (or much of anything else).
Dark Souls 2 is.. good. Not as good ad Dark Souls's amazing though. :(
Goat Simulator 2014
I… I don't know why I haven't bought this.@flashback - I only have it because it was gifted to me. I'm glad I didn't spend the $10 on it.
@FB: Because it's bad.
I'd love to get Shovel Knight at some point but meh. Eventually I'll get it.Goat Simulator is marvelous. I played my roommate's copy.
i've missed everything past the PS2/Gamecube era. i guess Skyrim because everyone talked it to death. or The Last of Us, for the same reason + hyped female protagonist. oh, and the first Amnesia game, which can't possibly be as scary as people say.
i just don't pay attention to upcoming games anymore. i'm the type that misses a discount by a day or so.
