[Rambopvp] Grimoire updated to v1.1!

That's right. The day you've been waiting for! :P

I basically added some features due to popular demand (mostly about an alternate control scheme) and more content. Here's a more detailed list:

Patch Notes: –

v1.1

- Added a second level and corresponding boss

- Added an alternate control scheme due to popular demand

- Shields now last twice as long as it used to

- Optimized music handling and improved music quality

- Updated the loading image

- Updated the menu screen with fancier graphics as well as a short intro sequence

- Altered some of the ingame visuals such as the bullet trails, debris and enemy sprite rotation

- Nerfed imp_a enemies (bullet output frequency down to 50% of previous)

- Nerfed imp_b enemies (bullet velocity down to 66% of previous)

- Nerfed imp_c enemies (bullet output frequency down to 33% of previous)

- Nerfed demon minor_a enemies (some bullets' velocity down to 66% of previous | its fists no longer shoot bullets)

- Nerfed Andromalius (type1 bomb output frequency down to 80% of previous | type 3 bomb's bullet output frequency down to 50% of previous)

I'm on a laptop right now so I don't have the ability to try out the other control scheme. Although I thought arrows would be better I suppose the numpad is square and should be easier than WASD. Once I'm on my desktop I'll try it out.
