This is a classic example of an optical illusion, in which you allegedly can trick your brain into shifting the woman from rotating clockwise to counterclockwise back to clockwise. Problem is, I can't do it. Anyone care to enlighten me on what the trick is? I feel like the esteemed 64Digits can assist me with this plight. Also, lol it shows her nipples.
From what I saw, it's direction randomly switched somewhere near the end of the animation or i'm crazy and It changed direction magically.
and yes there are nipples. small Caucasian ones thoughI can't seem to do it. But out of curiosity, what direction does she appear to be turning to you, Ross?
She's moving clockwise to me.
At first I thought that she was spinning clockwise, and could not see why other people said that she was spinning counter-clockwise. Then I looked at her agian and she was spinning counter-clockwise.
I've seen both. It matters which leg you think is closer to you.
I have seen both directions and think that clockwise is the correct one. When I see her spinning counterclockwise and look at her foot, I automatically see her spinning clockwise because the perspective of her foot clearly suggests that.
This may aid you.
I hate these illusions. I try so hard to make myself think it turns the other way, and I can't do it.
Like other people said though, I saw her spinning one way first, looked away, then she was suddenly spinning the other way and I had no idea how I could've possibly thought she was spinning the first.EDIT: OH MY GOD, I DID IT.Sinistrade's link is just awesome.
