Photoshop is a powerful, flexible tool. You can do a lot with it, including changing a horrible quality webcamera photo.
So the image below, save the glow/mist/text is entirely produced from a single photo with no additions.What does the background look like to you? Can you guess what it was originally? Keep in mind I used no major distortions/manipulations, its all color, contrast, sharpening and blurring effects mixed with history brush.

Looks like a refrigerator with something lit up in the background. A pumpkin perhaps? Yes, I can sort of make out the pumpkin's facial features. Looks like half of someone's face in the foreground at the bottom.Happy Halloween.
