I waited 13 hours at Wal-Mart on Saturday and I got a Wii. I got Red Steel (8/10) and the Wii came with Wii Sports (9/10). I think the Wii will be the top contender in the next-gen wars. I think PS3 will come in last. Even though I like Playstation, I think the PS3 is not as good as it was hyped up to be. sorry. The Wii way surpasses my hopes of what it would be. It has good controls and stuff. The whole motion-sensing thing was sooo ripped off by PS3 and the PS3's sensing isn't even good. I thought with the whole movement thing that I would get tired, but the motions are super effortless. I haven't got tired and I am like 14 years old and 300 or so pounds. If I am not worn out, all the in-shape gamers will definitely not get worn out. The Wii has handled itself greatly. All the launch titles are way better than the Xbox 360's and PS3's. Wii seems to be the best one out there. I haven't tried the online stuff because I have dial-up<tear>. The PS3 is not so much a game console as it is a media player, and I've heard even that wasn't handled well.
