TL;DR:

1. Gears of War 2 is awesome.

2. Easter rocks this year.

3. Guitar Hero, and just about any version thereof rocks (literally).

4. Yay for C++! Eventually I'll let GM sit unused on my harddrive.

I've been gaming a lot lately. Not so much gaming I guess, as playing a handful of games exclusively. First, I rented Gears of War 2. Never played the it or the first before, but always wanted to. Really enjoyed the game. I liked the story (even though the voice-overs could be….mediocre at best…). After beating the story with a dead fish (pwnd it THAT hard) I just played the multiplayer game types until my rental ran out. Good news? My mom ordered it for me for Easter!!! Some of you might be thinking "HELL YEAH! SCREW THE CANDY!", oh no, I got tons of candy too. Easter rocks this year. So yeah, the game's supposed to be here sometime this week :3 I've also been playing a lot of Guitar Hero lately. Mostly GH: Metallica. Favorite song on there is probably Evil by Mercyful Fate (lawl, non-metallica song). In other Guitar Hero news, I came within spitting distance of beating Satch Boogie (on expert guitar of course) on GH World Tour D:

Today, my mission is to beat that blasted song….

Let's see….what else have I got…

I could go into C++, but there's not really anything of interest there. Learning about pointers (which make sense, just seem useless at the moment). Next is references. Then I think maybe strings and arrays? Screw strings, I can do that already. Broke off from my book for a bit to code a small text adventure. I think I made it WAY too complicated :D Ah well, nothing really hard to code, just gotta code every line of speech…..
