TakaM does exist.
I actually wrote an entry just as 64Digits went down 2 weeks ago, not really worth posting now though. Some of you were probably hoping by the time 64Digits was back up, we'd have the demo ready, sadly, that's still not the case. We are of course closer to releasing it, Cocopuffs has even finally implemented the customizable keys, I think that was the biggest hurdle remaining. Now all that remains is a few alterations to the cutscene and some glitch fixes. I have started a few topics at various forums to get people interested when the demo is ready, so I took some screenshots for them, here they are if you wanna see:And one of my friends asked me recently if we have "fixed the double jumping" I asked what he meant, and he said "how you always had to attack at the peak of the jump".I assured him that was never the case, and made a gif for him showing exactly how responsive and quick to react it is:It ended up looking like a combo out of Street Fighter.. Blanka perhaps? In other news, E3.I'm glad the whole thing has been toned down, when there's a Paris Hilton booth, you know E3 needs to change. Personally, there isn't much I'm excited for at E3, you could cancel everything except Metroid Prime 3 and I would be just as happy. One thing I would like to see is an announcement or maybe even a trailer for Animal Crossing on the Wii, I was crazy addicted to the Gamecube and DS versions, I'm ready to take up the Wii version. And how about that Mario & Sonic at the Olympics game?Man it looks like crap, I already don't care about the Olympics- Sonic and Mario can't really combat with how much the Olympics bores me.I can see where they're coming from though, after 20+ years of rivalry, they're finally competing head to head to see who is the best… But you know what would've been better?A game.I'd rather their planets just collided or something lame, and you could experience each others worlds with the opposite character. How would Mario fare in all those loops and ramps, what would happen to Sonic if he ate a mushroom? That stuff would've blown minds back in the early 90s…Oh well, at least it's not another 3D adventure Sonic game.BYAAH!
Sweeeet screenshots.
The game looks beautiful, congrats.
That is definitely covered in delicious chocolate.
