That's right, breaking my tradition of one word titles, partly because this is a significant announcement and partly because if I stuck to only one word I'd have to go with "Canceled" and fewer people would bother to check what project has been dropped.
So yeah, this wasn't the easiest decision, but it was ultimately inevitable.Basically we were at a point where our lack of planning was making things difficult and it was getting too restricting to work as a "fan-game."We also decided that since Twinsen is now canned, we might as well release the current build, flaws 'n all:Please keep in mind it is obviously not finished, there are plenty of flaws and bugs (nothing rendering the game unplayable though), we are aware of all problems, and since we have dropped this project there is no need to report them.We still of course appreciate feedback. So that's about it, I just wanted to keep this short to let you guys know. Also, I think I may start blogging again because well.. something new is taking Twinsen's place…BYAAH!
It's my lucky day.
This is the worst decision you've ever made, and I can't thank you enough for it.Ahh Twinsen, I remember this game the first day you guys released it on GMC. ^_^
Shame you couldn't get it finished, but good luck with the next project.D:
This game is so fucking cool, it could have been sold commercially :(D=D
Sentence rewrite: This game's quality is so fucking high, it could've been sold commercially had it not been a fangame.
