NOMINATIONS:If you are an experienced member of 64digits (joined 64digits before the competition) or one of the competitors you can nominate the prize winners.Send a private message to me entitled "Scary Four Vote" with a list of your four most favourite games, number 1 being your most favourite and number 4 being your 4th favourite , like this:

1. Game12. Game23. Game34. Game4Send Message
Note you do not have to vote for the scariest, or the best looking, or the best anything. It's entirely up to you how you judge what your "favourites" are.Once these nominations are collected, there will be a second round of voting for the 4 top entries.PRIZES:
OK, for those expecting to win $1000 - which toads are you licking? I'm not trying to sell you anything. I gain nothing if you take part (in fact, keep reading, I lose a buck). I won't own anything you make, it's yours. HUNDREDS of people take part in the most famous game comp, Ludum Dare - they don't offer anything at all except the fun of taking part. If you want prizes, give as you wish to receive. If you're in it for the money, you don't deserve anything anyway.

Less candy for those little shits knocking on the door and more food and medicine for the dying. Now you have no excuse - do it for the children, you cold, heartless bastard.
DO YOU LUDUM-DARE** COMPETE?*A 'successful entrant' is defined as an entrant who submits a legitimate game within the time limit, gets at least one vote in the preliminary judging and is someone who I determine has actually bothered to make a decent game.** :3

TRICK-OR-TREAT (EVERYONE)Trick-or-treating is a tradition which promotes greediness, hostility and obese children. To protest and as a companion to the prizes above, for every successful entrant* I will donate

I count 19 successful entrants (the entrants who said they were going to enter from the beginning), so that's how many dollars are going to UNICEF.
proof
Admittedly I was willing to give much more, but it what it is. If 100 people had entered, i would have payed it.Hey Toast. I feel your note for Steve Gargonlinski's game sorta diminished the sense of dread for me. Is it possible to remove it? I feel it would be more successful without it. Let people freak out =D
It doesn't freak people out, it's just annoying. Or in any case, "yes, it did freak me out", and "no, it did make me want to vote for the game…" (I'll give it one more chance, though, I guess, when I finish up beating the other games)
It would be very unlikely for something being run through a web browser to actually be capable of deleting files, especially random ones that could be anywhere. And Unity is another secure barrier other than the browser as well.
The trick was cheap and feels immature, but I mean I still thought it was interesting :PSomeone give me a heads up on Steam once voting is decided so I can hand out my prizes.
Wtf I could of swore I had you on Steam. Are you one of those friend whores who had to make room because they maxed out?
Oh well I found the 64digits group anyway. There is a 64 digits group?
Nobody has ever invited me to the group =[
Im part of the 64digits group. But i dont know everyone's steam usernames.
As for the judging i played about 6 games so far. working on it!
