So let's have an old-school game jam you motherhuggers.
64 hours long. No prizes. Ludum Dare rules. I announce the theme as soon as the jam starts.

I always wanted to make a game about a fireman.

So it's a shame that I won't - because I hate making rushed crap - but have a crappy screenshot anyway.

My fire extinguisher is malfunctioning.

Planned:

hydrants

fire hose with controllable direction

fire axe

fire truck with retractable ladder

improvised items like buckets of water

Actually added to the game:

fire extinguisher

The 64jam fire department is severely underfunded.

That is hilariously awesome. You should leave that in and activate it via cheat code.

Oh yeah, I also forgot to remove fire extinguisher functionality from everything you can carry…

Edit:

I just had a guy you can drop off hit the wall, slide along it and ascend to Heaven. Best of all, he was counted as "saved", because you need to get people off the map to rescue them.
