Yeah. Toast is shit without his jam.
;_;
Toast also has butter going for him though
Full panic mode. Probably going to scrap most of my game just to have something that's "done"…
The good news is that I'm finally finished with school.
The bad news is that it's taken a direct toll on my game.Still not finished, but will probably finish it after the jam. I'm just burnt out.My, uh... game. If you could really call it that. I lost all ambition to work on it today, so here's what exists of it. I do love how the music came out, though.
I was trying too hard to come up with a good use of the theme, and lost a lot of time as a result, only truly starting on tuesday/wednesday.(And yes, it is very much playable. It just only has two of the four-five planned 'levels'.)Here is my game:
Download LambentThe controls for your torch are as follows:LMB = toggle torch on/offRMB = while torch is on, will dim the torchThe light from your torch causes a pushing force against purple objects, and a pulling force against orange objects.Use your torch to manipulate the environment and see your way, as you pass from checkpoint to checkpoint.But you are not alone! Be careful not to disturb the sleeping monsters with your light!For the record, I have not had the chance to work on this at all since the first deadline last week. There are things I would like to have added, such as a better indication that you died, and a proper title screen. Also there are only 2 levels, and the 2nd level is rather short. I am rather pleased with the game mechanic and puzzles though.I dropped this like it was hot.
i dropped this like i drop the fish
because damn them bass are slippery devils(but also because i had to work on things like this)
