Secret Project

I mentioned maybe working on a retro platformer in one of my earlier posts. Well, I had just made a tiny engine back then, it hasn't even been touched since. But somehow I got the idea that I should make a RETRO platformer this week (for those of you who are familiar with my RETRO series).

It's nothing like my other RETRO games, though. This one is actually creative in it's level design and unrepetitiveness. I can't describe the game without ruining it, the whole concept is to figure out what to do on your own. I won't even post the controls when I release the game.

Here's a screenshot. It doesn't look too hot, I know. But when you see the game in action, it's pretty slick.

Oh, and I was invited to a secret online society of skilled GM'ers a while ago. Hooray for that. Now that I think about it, that's the reason why I decided to make this game; to brag about my skills and coolness.

Be ready when it hits you next week :)

Edit: Oh, and the work on my bigger game Diary of the Phoenix (see below) is going steady but slower due to the massive work I'm putting into the game I mentioned above.

I didn't like much the green-black theme.

Bt well, yay for finishing a game soon.

You don't? Oh, I guess I could add the option to select your own color for the game :)
