This competition would encourage mods to work on the site and make it better. you should make the competition real.
That sounds nice, but another game competition would be cool too, maybe you could implement the election into the game competition's theme somehow? Like a game based on the 64D staff and members? It could work, right?
..whoever makes the best community game gets to choose who the best mod/admin is…
