Foxit reader is nicer than adobe :(

Also, if this were in HTML, I'd be reading it right now.

Can't be arsed to open it if it's PDF :(

Dude, you don't have spaces in url tags.

mattthew_h 16 years, 5 months ago

Ah, yes, Thanks SquareWheel, but it is still not working, Oh well, people will get the jist of it anyway.

PY: Why would I have it in HTML? It would ruin the feel of a magazine. But I do belive that downloading it can sometimes be a hassle.

And, The only reason that it has Adobe Reader is because it is more well known, and this is 100% compatible with Adobe reader 8 and I am not sure if it is 100% compatible with Foxit reader, I might look in to this.

Get rid of the space between url= and the link.

No, they won't get the jist of it. SquareWheel was being lazy. [url=LINK]Text

I was just being lazy, I thought it would be enough. At least he fixed the direction of his square brackets.

marbs 16 years, 5 months ago

Fixed your tags. Also changed your size tag since it was making the text smaller :D

That commentary on GM6 didn't quite fit the name, there were no points of view that fit with 'GM6 Why so popular?'

One point I can present for GM6 is it can be converted to a GM7 exe with a simple program provided by Mike that fixes the decompiler issue and makes it work in Vista. If you ignore all those wining about people cracking it, you can release that a program thats not secured down by loads of stuff that just benefits the owner and not the user, you end up with a program that has limits.

Limits only hinder developement and with GM6, I can install it on a flash drive and use it on various systems to guage how games will work on different specs, and make fine tunning in such cases, but with GM7 I get 3 or so chances to install it. Is Vista worth it? I don't think so. So I'll stick with programs and systems that work.

But then thats just my thoughts on GM6 vs GM7
