Dungeonmen Soundtrack

Due to popular demand (as in 4 or 5 people asked for it) I have decided to upload and post the complete Dungeonmen Soundtrack. This game is pretty hard-core, so I know a lot of people didn't get to hear some of the music from the later stages. Anyway, I hope you all enjoy it.

Also, I have already committed to doing the soundtrack for Rez and ludamad for their S4D entry. If anyone else is still interested in my previous offer, it would have to wait until after THAT project is complete.

One instrument I've always wanted to hear sampled is a set of PVC pipes

I had a friend make one of those but it was really quiet, I guess those paddles help a ton. Makes me want to improve upon my PVC trombone!

Loaded statement of the day.
I'm the source of every day's since I joined.

I should probably post this comment tomorrow to keep from having two for the day, but meh.

If anything, the repetitions without much significant contrast annoy me a little. Pieces like "Town Stroll" have this issue.

Oh I definitely agree with you on this. Keep in mind, though; this is a soundtrack for a RPG with random battles. There is no point in making the loops longer than 30-45 seconds because no one will ever hear beyond that before a random battle interrupts it. You know?

I also like to keep things simple. I try not to use too many voices or get too complex with arrangements. I come from a rock and roll background. Writing in 3/4 time was HARD for me! Forget trying a classical arrangement!

Well, if they stand still… unless you can end up in random battles while standing still. Also, should there be random battles in the town too?

You got me dude. I guess if they stand still they might get bored of my music. Then again, they might get bored of STANDING STILL first!
