This will be my first program to hit 64 digits!

I hope it will continue to get good reviews and inspire me to update it in the future, and mabye even give me confidence to release some of my other programs that I didn't think would make it so i stopped the production.

As of now, the program can only create 400x100 px sigs, but in later versions it will be possible to be able to resize sigs. As I am typing this I am also figuring out surfaces so the later versions can be better than ever! ^_^
