It is lorem ipsum, and the rest of the text on the right is all random test data for tests of frontpaged submissions. There is one large featured front page submission, followed by twelve other submissions. Each submission has a picture, currently a placeholder image that says "preview". Below that there are three links to navigate through these.
On the left there are the latest blogs with yet more random tests. The latest blogs box has a left and right arrow, presumeably to navigate through recent blogs.On the left the active users look to be Canadonian, FirestormX, Melee-Master, Flashback and Arcalyth. The links along the top say Home, Games, Examples, WIPs, Blogs, Teams, Forums, QDB (question database, aka FAQ), Users.There is a inline login box in the top right and there is an inline search box in the top left. At there bottom there is blue text that proclaims "Version Three is HERE".So there you go, this is what I can make out from the picture.
