(Sorry for small post, am stretched for time)
Decided my previous project was too ambitious, am starting over lol :D.Decided I would work on a puzzle game, much easier to add content too.Based around the horrible traffic in Melbourne this game will require you to alter traffic lights so you can escape from several cars, while causing crashes and destruction which can be used too your advantage. It fits the theme based on:A) The color scheme(Mostly blue/orange)B) Traffic LightsC) Colour coding of certain cars and materialsSome screenies :DOk, back to work, have to make up for 2 weeks of time lol :D.
Heh, thanks :). I decided to go for a sort of 3d pixel art with cell-shading and it looks nice I think, and the art is easy to produce so I can focus on the game most :D.Night time looks a bit too busy at the moment, kind of overdid it with the flares(so much pretty sparkly :D…)
On my other project, I'm thinking of finishing a somewhat altered version for this years ScienceTalentSearch, so the idea will come to fruition eventually :D.No offense, but this lopks so much cooler haha
And it looks even more ambitious :PCompletely irrelevant to the blog, but I got bored and made this :D
You didn't take the ninja mug. I am disappoint.
Your graphics style is really looking good, though your last screenshot… too much lens-flare :PGotta love that minimap.
Goddamn, I'm thinking I could use you in the near future for scenery modeling.
This… is lovely looking. The gameplay sounds very intriguing as well. Do you render the minimap in realtime using another camera or something?
I loved the look of your Mouldy Apples, and I love the look of this! Talent, my friend: you have it.
