First of all, hey guys! Its been a while. School has kept me busy, that is for sure.
So I guess its update time for anyone who is interested. I'm now a junior (credit wise) in college, prospective CS, but my school is seriously messed up. The CS program is super competitive here. I'd be fine with that, but their admittance criteria is bullshit. I went and talked to an adviser, who said that, despite my admirable performance in the intro CS series and doing 12 hours of programming a week for a cancer research lab, my CHEMISTRY GRADE from my first quarter at college were one of the main factors for my rejection.Perhaps I am unaware of current practices in computer science. Do you guys balance chemical reactions much in your code often. :/ That'd suck if I'd have to transfer just to take the degree path that I want.Regardless, winter break is just two midterms and three finals away! I can't wait for some time off…[tyler] My inability at balancing chemical reactions is f@#$ing up my algorithms??

^violent protest!
If I can get Rage Against the Machine, the ACLU, and al Qaeda together I might just have a chance!
Last time I balanced chemical reactions I was a Junior in high school… and I was terrible at it.
Yeah, not something I'd want to do for the rest of my life…
