new computer?

So a while back I applied for a Dell Preferred Account, and got approved for up to $1000.

Awesome, until I tried to use it. Been nothing but headaches.

I'm sure with a half dozen more phone calls to Dell I'd be able to use it, but I'm lazy and have other options.

Sooo, I applied for a $2000 loan with Navy Federal. And got approved. Hopefully this will be less of a headache than the Dell shit.

But anyway, here's what I'll be getting:

HP Pavillion dv6tse

@Cyrus: Every Toshiba I've had so far, has been made from the center of the earth. Also no, my processor is an AMD K8 (AMD Athlon TF-20)

My Toshiba is pretty good about staying cool, it's my friend's Dell that always overheats.

I own a netbook, a normal 15'' laptop and a desktop. I must say I totally despise the netbook. It has too little screen space, the keyboard is too small to do any real work on it, and then it's painfully slow for everything else. These are useful only for surfing the web, though with such a little screen that's somewhat questionable.
