Well my old computer finally called it quits. It was my fault, but the more I think of it the more I realize it was one of the dumbest things I've ever done with a computer, so I won't go into details… Okay, fine:
http://www.siteadvisor.com/sites/themexp.orgI downloaded from that site, and my firewall was off. Big mistake, I'll be using siteadvisor from now on:http://www.siteadvisor.com/sites/64digits.comAnyway, my new computer is nice. Here are the specs:Processor: 2.30 Ghz CeleronRAM: 1GB SDRAM 100mHzHard Drive: 250GBVideo Card: NVIDA GeForce 2OS: Vista Home PremiumUnfortunately no more GM6 for me. I wanted XP, but no one sells computers with it anymore, and after my little mishap with my last computer, my parents won't let me do a dual boot. (Not that they would if I hadn't made that mistake. :P) Other than the fact that it's incompatible with GM6 and some of my games, and the fact that it eats half of my GB of RAM, Vista is pretty cool. I like the way it looks as well as that sidebar. I've had no problems relating to the operating system itself yet either. I still would've preferred to get XP, but I'll be able to live with Vista for now.Oh yes, and Element is still going. My backup files may be infected since I did it while I had the malware, but someone still has a clean copy of the source, and will be able to send it to me. (After implementing PvP! [^^]) In the mean time, I made it (another) forum! http://elementonline.ipbfree.com/Oh look! I'm SX rank in ST now. (Not Really) [:P]
Can you use GM7 on Vista?
Yes, just not GM6, I also can't play anything made with GM6.
Mark released an app for making GM6 games compatible with Vista…
Hm? Really? Could you post a link please? [:O]
OMFG, PREBUILT COMPUTER D:
Look for a pinned topic in The Community section of the GMC.
So, you just provided us with exactly enough information to make your components any that have been manufactured in the last 5-6 years. Great job being specific.
Those aren't specs. That's just an extremely vague description.
Using my ninja skills, I've put in the low-end estimate of your exact specs.
Ahaha, Celeron.
