Yes, thats' right. Games are evil today.
Today you look at any game on Xbox360 or PC or whatever, and you fall in love with it right-a-way. No, it's not love, it's lust. Game Designers focus on nothing but graphics these days. People go wow that's awesome, buy it, play it until they're bored of the graphics, then it's never seen again. That's lust. What about the love of Classic Gaming? Where'd Lemmings go? Where'd friggin Cruise for a Corpse or all those old Simpsons Games or Willy Beamish go? Those were the games that you'd buy, and play until you've finished the game over and over. They didn't focus on good sound or amazing 2D-pixelated-graphics, they focused on gameplay. I'm pissed off with commercial games these days. I still get tempted to buy one because it's lust, temptation… But I don't, because 90% of those games are just eye-candy.
Well, some of those games had pretty good pixels, but that's not the point. They had <b><i>AMAZING</i></b> replay value. I grew up in the NES and SNES era so I know how good those games are!

I am with rhysandrew on this one, alot of new games suck. And to be honest, I don't even like where the graphics are heading, everything is just too smooth these days, un-naturally smooth.
A lot of games suck in general… You just need to find the good ones lol.
Oblivion is a friggen sweet game and I'd rather get it for PC because it also has the construction kit. My computer sucks too much to play it though, otherwise I'd already have it. For Xbox 360, I've played CoD2 and that's a really fun game. PGR3 is also really fun, plus the cars look amazing with 80k polygons each, and PDZ is, from what I've heard, fun also.
same ere. i think that the graphics don't matter, but the gameplay and the ability to play them, like how easy or hard. prince of persia's one. second is my game, firegleam blade. i've been doing the graphics alot, but i always focus on gameplay.

Oblivion sucks…The newest actual fun game out right now is Harvest Moon : Magical Melodies.the latest thing i have is an n64 and i used it to hold my m&m's.
they're still stuck inside btw, haven't gotten around to getting them out.
