Eh, they DO…Wii means Wii.
Nobody asks what Xboxx stands for, OMG.They're not recalling anything.
Nintendo has a webpage up (http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/strapreplace.jsp) for requesting new wriststraps to be mailed.I'm going to buy the grip cover thingies when I get my Wii, for that reason.
Some people aren't using the wristrap. That's why they end up breaking things.
Some people aren't using their brain. That's why they end up breaking things.
"Wii" doesn't stand for anything.
It's supposed to mean somethign like "we", with the two i's being people.I didn't know why people could let go of it, but I thought about it, and it is probably when you release a button while swinging. So, the strap should be strong in case that happens.
Also, the wii means 'we' and is ment to show that it's for everyone. But I think thats lame."Some people aren't using the wristrap. That's why they end up breaking things."
No. I don't use mine, and it doesn't fly. It's just people's idiocy. Also, there's no recall. You can order a new strap for free, like I did. They are not recalling anything.
They are recalling the safety straps..in a way. They are just selling stronger straps.Besides, it says to make sure the safety strap is secured anyway.Plus, people who break them shouldn't be playing the Wii in the first place >_>
