Meh, count me out.

yeah.. having trouble thinking of anything outside your typical helpless-and-being-chased-by-something, or more gore inspired stuff.

i'm sure i'm missing something really important here, like completely random puzzles to bridge the game together or something. no wait that's insane, who would do that. <_<

reordering these books is *totally* relevant to the story guys.

Taizen and I are using jam time as an excuse to finish Dang Dangly, from the last jam. Maybe if we finish early I'll toss something disturbing together. Dang Dangly is not relevant to the theme, let alone the last jam's theme.

Did someone say disturbing?

SCARY WARNING: Do not watch if you plan on going to sleep.

That video is awesome.

DISTURBING

Sounds like a typical JuurianChi game.

And now you'll get to eat your cake.

I will always believe horror games are best when on old consoles. Pixelated "HD" gore never fails to send a chill down my spine. I've shrugged at "popular horror"-but-not-even-scary bullshit like Slender but I literally covered my screen up with my hand and slowly moved it away to "prepare" myself for those gruesome self-shots.

A good example of this is Sweet Home. Holy fuck Sweet Home is a nightmare in RPG form.

Oddly enough that video didn't scare me at all. Maybe I've seen too many Corpse Party wrong ends?…

D:

(oh and i guess i'll be trying to make something for this if i have time)

I didn't find that scary at all.

But I've seen hundreds of horror movies and played Amnesia twenty times. I tried playing Penumbra but it wasn't anywhere near as scary, or maybe I can't be scared by artificial things anymore.

yeah i guess i've played through the beginning of dead space 2 more times than i can remember too…huh

it's weird because i was never really into anything horror until i started looking at dead space stuff -_o

guess i might have an easier time with this theme than i thought then…cool

Deadspace is horror the same way Fable 2 and 3 are RPGs.

I refuse to be afraid when I'm the most deadly thing in the game, capable of murdering giant space squids just by pointing a long stick at their glowy bits.
