I don't know why people can't just make a proper horror game with good controls and not have the player feel totally OP ala Resident Evil 5 or Dead Space.

BUT ALAS DERAILING.

I think I have an idea for this jam, so yeah.

+1 for disturbing game from Rez.

This will be the best competition ever. I have no idea what I'm doing.

Neat! I'm ok we didn't get sexual exploration (I knew we wouldn't), I was just surprised that people had taken such offense to it.

I've got a few ideas for disturbing up my sleeves.

Time to make a game that will finally make people recognize my potential!

One more fucking hour.

Hi, are we allowed to use sound/music from the internet just in case I can't make the audio (which is really I can't, since I suck at it)? :D

JuurianChi 11 years, 7 months ago

nevermind, who really has time for this stuff?

@SMP I didn't take offense to it… I was watching the votes coming in and it was clear people weren't taking it seriously, that's what I took offense at.

Oddly enough that video didn't scare me at all.

I didn't find that scary at all.
Hahaha, it's probably just me then. I'm easily creeped out by retro horror games, I guess. I can't even enjoy the Splatterhouse series for what it is because it terrifies me too much. D:

Yet, there was apparently a newer Splatterhouse game released for the 360, and that didn't seem scary to me at all.

I shall take part, with the acknowledgement that whatever I produce will probably not reach a state called finished, but hopefully at least playable.
