Of course, this one would (hopefully) be a lot more organized than the last one, and I'll actually have time to sit down and judge this one, because I don't need to do Wintermester, seeing as I passed all my classes.

Holy noisy recording, Batman.
I like it. It sounds like some underground hip hop to me, thus making the noisiness an acceptable thing (although I agree that it is a little too noisy.) The bass line really is chill and the samples sound like one of those old-timey radio mysteries. Things get a little weird around the 1:45 mark. Like you bars don't add up or something. I like the addition of the robot glitch sounds. They are unexpected, but fitting. I think if you work on EQing out the noisiness a bit, the track would be much better for it. Nice work.
Heh. I started two pieces for this; they both turned into something you'd expect in an NES Megaman title… Starting over…
Yeah I made a little tune, too. It's shit; I'm gonna retry today or tomorrow.
