S4D Mini Progress Reports

This blog is for posting small bits and pieces of progress you've made; anything that you feel doesn't warrant an entirely new blog.

And try to comment on other people's work a bit too! Feedback is going to be very useful during the course of this competition!

Right, that's enough work outta me for today.

Boss isn't functional yet. Decided I'm going to make it more of a Kraid style boss battle.

Got an A-OK from my main playtester, so I went and submitted my entry.

FEEL THE

STRESS!!!

Yes Yaru, thank you. :( You do this in class too, after finishing a test first? Cool tune doe. :-)

@Mega Definitely Kraid-like. Mecha-Kraid. Collll.

I'm trying t owork more on enemies and scripting now. I've spent too much of the time trying to make music, yet I still continue, because it's so relaxing and fun. You get something so fast compared to coding, even if it doesn't sound so well. :P

It feels… ugh… slimy. Where did you find this stress? I'd suggest taking it back for a replacement.

I just want to say that everyone's projects I've seen are looking pretty awesome and I'm really looking forward to spending Halloween playing everyone's games.

Cool! I'd mistake that for a good ol' Mega Man track any day.

The soundtrack of my game, has composed a guitarist friend, especially for the game, but he is not into this world, the song has made me as a friend.

Is it necessary to register in the contest? He has just composed the song for my game, will not vote and do not like video games.

So the game's creator is me, and the soundtrack composed by him, but does not participate in the process of creating the game. Obviously it is named in the credits of the game as a composer.

I need to know if the musician is registered, or not required.

Thanks, and sorry my bad English.
