So, I"m sure you guys have heard of the impending release of the Elders Scrolls MMO, which I'm really looking forward to.
Well, a few days ago, I started playing a different MMO to keep me busy until the beta of The Elder Scrolls Online comes out. It's called Tera.I"m sure you guys have seen this before:

Yeah. That's actually a race in the game. (I think rob would have really liked this.)Anyway, now that those things are out of the way, let's get to the awesome stuff about the game. This game has hands down, the best combat system of any MMO I"ve ever played. This game is just FUN to play. Killing monsters doesn't seem like a chore compared to other MMOs. Enemies don't generally force you to fight them, either. You can walk right past them if you feel like it.Also, it's going free to play next month. You can play it now though, by going to the site and registering for a free trial. It'll basically last you until the game goes free next month.This game is really, really fun. (Hint, hint.)So, thoughts?
SWTOR is the only F2P MMO I know of where *running* is a skill you have to sub for.
You get it eventually, but still. By the time you're able to run, everyone has speeders.
I've almost hit the level cap of 28 for the trial. There's a few more days to buy it in order to get Founder Status when it goes free to play. I really, really want to.
Also, It's 10 dollars on Amazon right now. I gotta get myself 10 bucks…I play Tera Online. I wrote a blog about this mmo when it was in beta and was first coming out.
Is it much different now? And how do you feel about the change to free to play?
Saves me money. I was spending $15 a month.
I upgraded to a paid account now. I should have a founders account when it goes free to play in a couple of days.
Also, I joined a guild called "War Bunnies". I don't know how I feel about this yet.I forgot to ask, what server are you on? Likely the PvE server, yes?
