I want to keep an open communication between myself and all of you for the duration of the initial setup and execution of the 64Digits Spring Competition. I'm going to be using this as a sort of training grounds for the full on GAME JAM I'm going to be hosting later this year, OHJAM (which is a separate entity from this competition).Let me know if you have anything to add or have any questions on anything!I respond better to facebook or twitter messages.IF YOU NEED TO CONTACT ME ABOUT SWITCHING/JOINING/LEAVING TEAMS, SEND ME A MESSAGE ON HERE OR AN EMAIL
It's up on the IGDA events page! :D
If any of you have contacts with any news/popular blogging sources, let them know about 64DSC. And post/tweet/tumbl/whatever-you-do-on-the-interwebs about it too.
Also, if you guys notice the Competition featured somewhere, and I haven't put it in the Mentions section, let me know.I'll try tweeting about it, see what happens.
EDIT:And here are some mentions:http://affinityarchives.com/2014/03/27/jam-quarters-64digits-spring-competition/http://compohub.net/event/357/64digits-spring-competitionThanks Mega! I had those in the topic. :P
But let me know if you find anymore! :DHow do I know if I'm entered cause i didn't get an email or anything?
@SpectreNecter, My name is not appearing on the list. Am i Too Late or something? (I tried joining a couple hours ago)
This is the worst possible time for a competition for me, but consider your asses crushed anyway. And if I somehow fail to do my ass-crushing duty, Mega will do it for me.
And RosBosh, the list will be updated when Acid returns to update it. Having a dynamically updated list on a site with no user registration would have been a bad idea (at least I assume this is how Acid approached it).I didn't make it auto update because, honestly I'm not that great of a programmer. :P
And people keep signing up 3+ times so I would have had to manually edit it anyway since I'm using Google Docs.RosBosh, you're listed now! :DSo sorry Acid,I was just worried that I was not entered.
