I've been doing a little more work on my platformer recently. Almost close to the time to release a demo, but I'd need to make 2 levels and a nice menu first.

By none other than the stuff that comes from that stupid useless building I go to five days a week. Five days of hell seems quite the thing recently, many people are really, really enjoying it.

The new avatar was pretty much entirely pixeled this time, the chinese means "Destiny". Comments on technique or style is appreciated, but I'm a noob at pixel art. Anti-Aliasing curves and stuff is my downfall.

Doesn't seem like I can get any rest recently. I've been bogged down with a huge critical paper in English, articles on East Asia and a research paper to write and a final copy of my critical paper to hand in, wedding this weekend, and a 500 point assignment due …

I was reading recently about articles and theories based on the brains of left-handed people vs right-handed ones. Mainly cause I'm in that lefty minority and I'd like to know what really differs besides handwriting.

So, after fiddling around with some ideas, I decided a platformer would be a fine second game to create, as more people are into platformers and RPGs than shmups (boo.)
